Amarone della Valpolicella Classico ‘Capitel della Crosara’, Montresor

A generous, classical Amarone with impressive concentration and texture. The grapes are destemmed and dried on wooden racks for several months before pressing; the must is then fermented in stainless steel vats for four months for optimum extraction, before three years maturing in oak. 60% corvina veronese, 30% rondinella, 10% molinara.
