Crisp and full, with a lovely ripeness of green apples. As well as producing red, white and dessert wines on twenty-five hectares of clay and limestone, Nathalie and Gerard Cuisset grow plums to become pruneaux d’Agen, all of which have been certified organic since 2003. Sauvignon 65%, semillon 30%, muscadelle 5%.
