Chablis ‘les Serres’, Oudin

Les Serres has very precise citrus fruit, good texture and a saline quality suggestive of the limestone bedrock.

Nathalie Oudin has recently taken over from her parents Jean-Claude and Christiane, who own eight hectares of vines near the tiny village of Chichee, just south of Chablis.

Nathalie allows her wines good exposure to air during malolactic fermentation.
