Pascal Gitton could act as a stunt double (in both appearance and mannerisms) for Francis Ford Coppola, while his single vineyard Sancerre ‘Cuvee l’Amiral’ is similarly forceful – with a depth and concentration reminiscent of both Pessac-Leognan and premier cru Chablis.
