It’s an exciting time for the spirits industry as the UK is still, it seems, firmly in the grip of a ginaissance. A few years ago it was not unusual for a pub to stock two or three gins, but now when ordering a G&T you are often presented with a whole gin menu. We now list a selection of Gary Wilkinson’s Suffolk distillery gin which he produces locally to us in Glemsford, Suffolk, Fishers Gin from Aldeburgh, and a selection of Warner’s gins, the Victoria Rhubarb being particularly popular.
